Welcome to Shady Bay RV Park!
John & Lisa Coburn, new owners since 2021, we welcome you to Shady Bay RV Park. Situated in the heart of the fabulous Kawartha Lakes tourism area, Shady Bay RV Park offers a quiet park, a great place to relax. We offer large trailer sites, with 30 amps of power, in shaded or semi-shaded areas. All sites have fire pit & picnic table. You can walk in the trail; go for a swim in our heated outdoor pool or hot tub. We have an outdoor pavilion, kid’s playground, horseshoe pits, holey boards, recreation building with satellite TV, laundromat, clean washrooms, and a library. We have activities and events organized by volunteers throughout the season.
Nearby Peterborough offers the excitement of the city, several lakes and provincial parks. Buckhorn, 5 minutes away, offers boat docking, lift lock, sandy beach, arts/crafts shows, boutiques and restaurants.
